Speak in English Policy [Enforced]

Effective immediately, all players are to "speak" or chat in english while in prontera.
This is to help players outside of philippines to feel more comfortable.
If you want to speak your native tongue, i suggest you whisper.

Any player caught speaking a different language in prontera will
be warned until 2 infractions. Third will result in a nuke. Any more
speaking of different language will result in a kick from the server.

note: kick, meaning you will DC, it's not a ban.
